A very interesting project for TEMSEA. Our client took on the role of foreman/site manager as he knew intimately every detail that he wanted, and it was up to us to produce this onsite for this full scale renovation. Working together and communicating day to day with our client we were able to transform this dated old home from angles, corners and columns, to open plan living, straight lines and clean, sharp finishes. Both the internal and external doors and windows were all raised in height to complement the tall ceilings. The ensuite and bathroom were simply exquisite in both finish and design, and the butler’s pantry and separate laundry hidden behind the kitchen was a brilliant concept. The team work is this project really showed in the end product of this beautiful renovation.
