This project was an extension & renovation of a unit that was part of a body corporate block. Our client stressed that the extension must tie in with existing house so as not to look abnormal from the other 3 units. The exterior of this unit flowed nicely from its old self to the new, and seemed to blend quite easily into its landscape. Once you stepped inside however you could see its inner beauty. A fully renovated kitchen with stone benchtops and splashbacks was the feature of the living area, whilst a generously sized master bedroom still had more to give with an ensuite, WIR and study all neatly configured in the space. We also managed to squeeze in a new staircase from the garage to the main house for more economical access to the house and garage. This project goes to show you can teach an old dog new tricks!
