The ambition of our clients was to obtain more usable space and modernize the tired interior of the dwelling. Through extensive discussion and planning, we were able to establish a design and finish that also aligned with budget expectations. As always at TEMSEA, we place high importance on blending old with new so as to create a seamless and cohesive finish.
Exposed rafters with pine lined ceiling to both extension and alfresco consistent with the original home. Light weight Hardies Linea cladding complements the beach house vibe, whilst the large bifold doors and windows open up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside. The interior design was carefully considered to once again encourage the coastal feel of the home.
The end result is a beautiful, elegant beach house tailored specifically to our clients needs
